Thank you for shopping with BeVisible. Mindset Apparel. All orders are processed and shipped from McKinney, Texas, United States.

Processing Time

Standard orders (non-personalized items): 1-3 business days. Custom and personalized orders: 3-5 business days.

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Priority Mail): 3-7 business days after processing. Free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

UPS,  FEDEX

Expedited Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2-3 business days after processing. Available for an additional charge at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be available upon request. Please contact us at bevisible.care@gmail.com for international shipping inquiries.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided on every order. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer your package to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at bevisible.care@gmail.com We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
